Step by step
Turn Windows protection off
Windows flags every injected client as unknown. That is a false positive, but the loader gets deleted while protection is on.
- Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings.
- Turn off Real-Time Protection, Cloud-Delivered Protection and Tamper Protection.
- Third-party antivirus (Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee): exit it from the tray icon, or uninstall it for the cleanest run.
Add a folder exclusion
Even with real-time protection off, a scheduled scan can delete the loader later. The exclusion stops that for good.
- Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings.
- Exclusions > Add or remove exclusions > Add exclusion > Folder.
- Pick the folder you will keep the loader in, for example C:\420Services.
Do this before you download. An excluded folder keeps the file; Downloads and Desktop are scanned constantly.
Download the loader
Get runtime.exe from your account and put it in the folder you just excluded.
- Save it as C:\420Services\runtime.exe or anything similar.
- Do not leave it in Downloads or on the Desktop.
Run it as administrator
The loader updates itself on the first start. Give it a few seconds before you click anything.
- Right-click runtime.exe and choose Run as administrator.
- Confirm the Windows prompt with Yes.
Register your key
First start only. Your key locks to this PC, so register it on the machine you will play on.
- Paste your license key into the Key field.
- Click REGISTER and wait for the green Success message.
Never share your key. If someone else registers it, you are the one locked out — and a reset needs support.
Log in
Every start after the first one. Paste the key, click LOGIN, and wait until the loader says Ready.
Join a FiveM server
The cheat only attaches to a running session. It cannot inject while you sit in the FiveM main menu.
- Open FiveM and join any server.
- Wait until you are fully spawned into the world.
Inject and open the menu
Alt-Tab back to the loader, click INJECT and wait three to five seconds. A notification in the bottom right corner tells you it loaded.
- Press RIGHT SHIFT to open and close the menu.
- Settings > Interface: bind a Panic Key and an Unload Key before you play.
- Turn on Stream Proof if you record — the menu stays visible to you and invisible to OBS and Discord.
Menu does not show after injecting? Stream Proof is probably on. Press RIGHT SHIFT anyway — it is there, just hidden from screen capture.
420 SERVICES - SETUP GUIDE
Welcome. Follow every step in order. Skipping steps is the number one reason support tickets get opened.
BEFORE YOU START
Requirements:
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
FiveM installed and working
A valid 420 Services license key
Administrator access on your PC
STEP 1 - DISABLE PROTECTION
Your antivirus will flag the loader as unknown. That is normal for any injected client. Turn it off before downloading or launching anything.
Windows Defender:
- Open Windows Security
- Virus & threat protection
- Manage settings
- Turn OFF Real-Time Protection
- Turn OFF Cloud-Delivered Protection
- Turn OFF Tamper Protection
Third-party AV (Kaspersky, Norton, McAfee, etc.):
Exit completely from the tray icon, or uninstall it entirely for the cleanest run.
STEP 2 - ADD FOLDER EXCLUSION
Even with Real-Time off, Defender's scheduled scan can delete the loader later. Add an exclusion so that never happens.
- Windows Security
- Virus & threat protection
- Manage settings
- Exclusions -> Add or remove exclusions
- Add exclusion -> Folder
- Pick the folder where you will put the loader
STEP 3 - DOWNLOAD AND PLACE THE LOADER
- Download runtime.exe from the link you got
- Put it in a dedicated folder (the one you just added to exclusions). Example: C:\420Services\runtime.exe
- Do NOT put it in Downloads or on the Desktop - those folders are constantly scanned.
STEP 4 - RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
- Right-click runtime.exe
- Choose "Run as administrator"
- Click YES on the UAC prompt
The loader will auto-update itself on the first run. Give it a few seconds.
STEP 5 - REGISTER YOUR KEY
First time only. Your key gets locked to your PC (HWID lock).
- Paste your license key into the Key field
- Click REGISTER
- Wait for the green "Success" message
Never share your key with anyone. If someone else tries to register it, you get locked out.
STEP 6 - LOGIN
Every time after the first registration:
- Paste your key
- Click LOGIN
- Wait for the loader to say "Ready"
STEP 7 - JOIN A FIVEM SERVER
The cheat only works while you are in an active FiveM session. It cannot inject into the FiveM main menu.
- Open FiveM
- Join any server
- Wait until you are fully spawned into the world
STEP 8 - INJECT
- Go back to the loader (Alt+Tab)
- Click INJECT
- Wait 3-5 seconds
- You will see a notification bubble in the bottom right corner when it is loaded
TROUBLESHOOTING
"Loader is missing" or gets deleted
Defender still active. Redo Step 1 and 2.
"Auth server unreachable"
Firewall or VPN is blocking. Whitelist the loader in your firewall, disable VPN.
"Kernel debugger detected"
Close x64dbg, Cheat Engine, Wireshark, Process Hacker, IDA, or anything similar.
"HWID mismatch"
You registered on another PC. Contact support to reset your HWID.
Menu does not appear after Inject
Stream Proof might be on. It works but your OBS/Discord cannot see it. Press RIGHT SHIFT anyway - the menu is there, just invisible to screen capture.
Game crashes on injection
Update FiveM and GTA V to the latest version, then try again. Old servers with outdated resources can also cause crashes.
Menu opens but features do nothing
Some features need a Lua executor to be ready. Go to Tools -> Executor and check that "Ready" is green.
SECURITY REMINDERS
Never share your key.
Never share your login screenshots.
Only download from the official source.
The loader is HWID-locked - only your PC can use it.
If you sell or gift the key, contact support for a HWID reset first.
SUPPORT
If a step above did not work, open a support ticket. Include:
What step you got stuck on
The exact error message (screenshot is best)
Your Windows version
Your antivirus name
The menu does not open
In this order. Most cases are solved by the first three — everything below is a system setting, and you only touch it if the ones above did not help.
Restart the PC and try once more. A loader that was blocked once stays blocked until the next boot.
Run it as administrator, from the extracted folder — not from inside the archive.
Move the loader to a different folder and start it again.
Check virtualization: Task Manager → Performance → CPU. If it says disabled, turn it on in the BIOS (Intel Virtualization Technology, or SVM Mode on AMD).
Disable Hyper-V completely, then reboot.
Disable Secure Boot in the BIOS.
- Turn off BitLocker first — without the recovery key you will not get back into Windows
- The BIOS key and the menu differ per motherboard
Update your graphics drivers, and set date and time to automatic.
If a third-party antivirus is installed (Kaspersky, Malwarebytes), disabling it is often not enough — remove it, reboot, try again.
