Are your cheats undetected?
Yes. Every build is tested against the current anti-cheats before it goes live, and the status on each product page changes the second anything does.
What decides most bans is how you play: rage in a public lobby and collect reports, and no software in the world protects you. Play smart and you stay invisible.
Is it safe to use?
Yes. Staying undetected is the whole job: every build is tested against the current anti-cheats and updated the moment a game patches, so you're never running something the game has already caught. The rest is how you play — keep it clean in public lobbies and your account stays safe.
What games do you support?
FiveM, Fortnite, Rust, Roblox, Call of Duty and more — the shop shows every game we cover, with the current status next to each product.
Will it run on my PC?
Windows 10 and 11, Intel and AMD fully supported. Each product page lists anything specific to that build.
How fast do I get my key?
Instantly. Your key and the setup guide are e-mailed the moment your payment clears.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, Revolut Pay, crypto and more — all processed through Stripe.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Every plan is paid once. Nothing renews, nothing to cancel.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Enter your e-mail, pay, and the key arrives. An account is optional if you want your orders in one place.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days. If the key is unused or the product does not work as described, open a ticket and we will find a solution with you.
Can I move my licence to a new PC?
Yes. Open an HWID Reset ticket on Discord with your product name, license key and proof of purchase, and we move it for you.
Can I use one key on two PCs?
No. One key is for one person on one machine. Sharing it, or trying to work around that, ends the licence — no exceptions.
What is a HWID spoofer and do I need one?
A hardware ban locks out your PC, not your account — a spoofer changes the fingerprint the game reads, so you get back in. You need one only after such a ban.
Some of our products include a spoofer for their game; the rest are in the shop. Note that a spoofed PC still needs a fresh game account.
The loader will not start — what now?
Three things fix almost every case: add the folder to your Defender exclusions, right-click the file and run it as administrator, and install the Visual C++ and DirectX runtimes.
Still closing? Restart the PC first — a loader that was blocked once stays blocked until the next boot. The full list is under Downloads.
Do I need to disable my antivirus?
No — an exclusion is enough, and it keeps the rest of your PC protected. Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Add or remove exclusions, then pick the folder you saved the loader in.
Defender flags this kind of software by category, not because it found something.
My key shows as invalid — what now?
Check for a missing character first, then look it up under Redeem a key in your account: it tells you whether the key is on your account, on someone else's, or unknown to us.
If it is yours and still refused, open a ticket in Discord with your order number.
