  1. Get your login details

    Open your order in your account. Login and Password are for the account. Postfach (mailbox address), Passwort (mailbox password) and Website (webmail page) are the mailbox that belongs to it.

  2. Check the mailbox first

    Open the Website address and sign in with Postfach and Passwort. Make sure it works before you touch the account - every code for the account arrives there.

  3. Sign in at Battle.net

    Open the Battle.net app or the Battle.net login page and sign in with Login and Password. Use your own connection, without a VPN.

  4. Enter the verification code

    If Battle.net asks for a verification code, take it from the newest message in the delivered mailbox and enter it.

  5. Secure the account within 48 hours

    Change password, change email to your own, enable 2FA. This is required, not optional.

    • Change the account password to one you use nowhere else.
    • Change the email on the account to your own address.
    • Turn on 2FA: the Battle.net Authenticator.

  6. Start Call of Duty

    Start Call of Duty through the Battle.net app with the account.

  7. Need help?

    If a login fails, stop after a few tries and open a ticket on our Discord with your order number. Never post passwords or codes publicly.
